Introductory post
Throughout the first term in Media Studies, I have been delivering production skills to my year 12/13 media class.
I have been thoroughly impressed by the majority of students who have taken to the subject enthusiastically and I am sure that one day they will work in a job that I have always dreamed of. Perhaps they will go on to be creative directors at a large design house or maybe they will simply use some of the skills, knowledge and understanding to support a career outside of creative media.
Either way, I hope they enjoy the course and feel as though "there is a point" to the lessons (even Monday P2). Finally, I hope they can prove their peers wrong-Media is not an "easy" subject.
